Delivery fees are set by the weight and quantity of the order, so customers don’t pay more than they need to. Each weight band has a fixed cost, starting from USD 12.50.
We currently accept cash on delivery and credit card payments. Additional methods, including PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, will be added soon.
Delivery from Turkey to Arab countries normally takes 7 business days. Please allow for weekends in Turkey (Saturday and Sunday) and in most Arab countries (Friday and Saturday), when international shipments are not sent or received.
We keep customer data only to contact you and deliver your products. We never share it with third parties or use it for any other purpose.
Once we receive your order, we prepare the products and hand them to our shipping company, Aramex, within two days at most. If a product is unavailable or the quantity is short, we will contact you directly.
Yes. When you complete your order you receive an electronic invoice straight away, and we also send the printed invoice with your products.
