1. You must give us a clear delivery address so your order can be delivered easily. The address must include the building, villa or apartment number, street name, city, province and postal code, and a phone number, following the form on the website.
2. Very important: please double-check your delivery address and contact number to avoid delivery delays.
3. After you place your order, delivery takes 5 to 10 business days from the order date.
4. We cannot deliver on weekends or public holidays, so all deliveries reach your door on weekdays, Sunday to Thursday, during official working hours.
5. VAT is waived on international orders, but the customer is still responsible for any taxes or customs duties that may apply to the shipment in the destination country.
6. Products cannot be shipped to an incomplete address or to any address other than the one given in the order.
7. If we cannot reach you, or you refuse to receive the product for any reason other than an error in the order sent to you, you agree to pay the delivery fee only, or to have it deducted from the amount you paid online at Matjar Istanbul.
8. If you refuse to pay customs duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse and you will bear the shipping cost and any additional fees, as stated in point 7 above.
9. When the delivery is completed, please sign the delivery receipt to confirm that the delivery box and product are free of defects.
